Transit times vary by route. As a general guide: Qatar to UAE is typically 1–2 days, Qatar to Saudi Arabia is 1–2 days, and longer routes such as Qatar to Jordan can take 3–5 days. We'll provide a specific timeline when you request your quote.

Yes. All vehicles transported by Sky Bridge are covered by cargo insurance during transit. We also document your vehicle's condition with a detailed pre-shipment inspection report so any discrepancy on delivery can be addressed immediately.

We ship all standard passenger cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, luxury and sports cars, and classic/vintage vehicles. For oversized or modified vehicles, contact us for a custom assessment.

Typically you'll need your vehicle registration card, your passport or national ID, and a customs clearance authorization. For cross-border shipments, our team handles all the transit documentation and border formalities on your behalf — you just provide the required personal documents.

We recommend not placing personal items inside the vehicle during transport. For insurance and customs compliance reasons, vehicles should be empty of personal belongings when shipped cross-border. Some domestic shipments may allow limited items in the trunk — ask our team at the time of booking.

Yes. Our door-to-door service means we collect from your exact location and deliver directly to your specified destination address — no need to drop off or collect from a depot.
